We will replace all defective parts for free. This includes labor but is limited to factory defects. The warranty does NOT cover: deterioration due to normal wear and tear; loss or theft; cosmetic imperfections; and damages caused by misuse, abuse, tampering, neglect, accidents, or acts of God (fire, flood, etc).
Yes! Customization does not void your warranty coverage–this is part of our industry-leading commitment to make sure you have just as much confidence in our products as we do. But make sure that installation is done professionally and at reputable bike shops.
The warranty extends to the motor, battery, controller/screen and the basic bike (inclusive of derailleurs, shifters and breaks). E-VéLO allows maintenance and repairs by your preferred, professional bicycle mechanic without losing your 1-Year Warranty coverage. But do get in touch with us for details before executing any repairs.
Certainly! Should there be any defect on your eBike within the warranty period we will have it fixed it for you. Call us for the details and we will offer a solution as close to your residence as possible. Shipping costs will be to your account.
Items must be returned either by courier, or visit us at our warehouse location in Pasig between the working hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Mon-Fri within 7 days of purchase. Advise us before shipping and tell us the reason for your return/exchange.
